Do your nurses have diabetes management experience?
Yes. Our registered nurses have experience supporting participants with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, including those on insulin therapy and with complex comorbidities.
Can you train my support workers to assist with diabetes management?
Absolutely. We provide practical training for support workers on blood glucose monitoring, recognising hypo/hyperglycaemia, and when to escalate to a nurse or GP.
What if my diabetes management needs change?
We review your diabetes management plan regularly and update it in line with changes to your medication, health status, or NDIS plan goals.

How often will the nurse visit for wound care?
Visit frequency depends on the wound type and healing progress. Some wounds require daily dressing changes; others are reviewed weekly. We schedule visits based on clinical need.
